We have had floors done in four rooms by them over the years. The first was a basement and they worked with us to rip up the old carpet, put down a special paint to deal with some old smells and then put the flooring in quickly. We wanted the same flooring a few years later and they searched for the same flooring. They couldn't find it anymore but got the same color in a slightly different style for us. The installation went well both times and we were very happy. There were some minor issues (forgot to put a transition piece in beco a door had to be closed for our cat). They came back the next day and got it fixed up. They also give you a quote and it's itemized. We asked they remove a couple items and they did it without pressuring us or arguing, which makes the whole experience more pleasant. They also have help in store to decide what you need and let you take samples home. There is a cute play room for the kids too distract them while you look. Overall a very positive experience.
